The Barn at Reynolda Village

The Barn at Reynolda Village is a historic event venue in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, offering a distinctive setting for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Its barn architecture and clean, bright interiors give organisers a characterful backdrop, while several rooms allow the space to suit different event sizes and layouts.

Wedding bookings can include ceremony and reception arrangements, private dressing rooms, event-day support and use of the venue's furniture. Selected wedding packages also provide access to Reynolda Gardens and the exterior grounds of the Reynolda House Museum of American Art for ceremonies or photographs, subject to availability and package conditions. Options are available for larger weddings as well as more intimate celebrations.

The venue also welcomes social events such as rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, showers, retirement celebrations, fundraisers and holiday gatherings. Depending on the room and format, organisers can host anything from a small dinner to a larger cocktail event. For meetings, corporate events and creative workshops, the team can help prepare the spaces and furniture to suit the programme.

Event support staff assist with setting up and taking down tables and chairs, and provide attention to the venue spaces during bookings. Organisers can choose from the venue's available furniture, including chairs, round and banquet tables, cocktail tables and a wooden bar. Catering is arranged through professional caterers, with an approved partner list available. The venue also offers a catering management service for corporate and social events. Site visits are by appointment, giving planners the opportunity to discuss their event and explore the spaces.
