Space512

Space512 is a flexible, bookable event venue on Burnet Road in North Central Austin. Its open 2,000-square-foot space can be arranged for private celebrations, company events and creative activities, giving organisers room to shape the layout around their plans. The venue states that it can host around 100 guests seated or more than 150 standing.

Private events include birthday parties, baby showers, graduations, anniversaries, holiday gatherings and corporate occasions such as staff parties, recognition events and off-sites. The space is also available for classes, workshops, rehearsals and other creative sessions, with studio mirrors that suit movement-based activities. Commercial and film productions can enquire about using the parking lot.

Each booking includes use of the venue's sound system, high-speed Wi-Fi, a private patio and free parking. The patio is available until 10 pm, while music must finish by midnight. Tables and folding chairs can be added to a booking, and the venue provides rectangular and round table options. Organisers can request a walkthrough before confirming their date.

Space512 offers hourly rates for private events and artistic rentals, as well as a full-day option. Setup and teardown time is included in the booking arrangements. To enquire, organisers submit their event type, date, guest count and timings, then receive availability and a quote. The venue is a practical choice for planners seeking a flexible indoor space with useful facilities already in place, rather than a fixed-format banquet room.
