Delamar Place

Delamar Place is a small, flexible rental venue in Denton, Texas, for organisers looking to bring a group together in a welcoming, practical setting. Its spaces are suited to gatherings of around 20 people or fewer, including seminars, club meetings, workshops, receptions, banquets and pop-up events. The open-plan meeting room benefits from natural light and can be arranged for different types of occasions.

The meeting space includes tables, padded folding chairs and an easel. Organisers can also arrange additional items such as table linen, chair covers, dishes, glassware, a projector and a sound system. A separate multi-purpose room can be hired on its own or alongside the main room, providing extra space for a buffet or other event needs.

For food preparation, the caterer's kitchen is available with equipment including a refrigerator, convection oven, electric range, sink and stainless-steel worktables. It can be rented with the meeting room, making the venue useful for events where food is prepared or served on site. Independent caterers may also find the kitchen practical as a preparation space for their work.

Delamar Place also offers a dedicated podcast studio for audio and visual recording. It is equipped with professional microphones, a mixer, a recorder and internet connectivity, and can be booked by the hour. The venue's mix of meeting, event and recording spaces makes it relevant to local organisations, small businesses, entrepreneurs and creative groups seeking a bookable base for meetings, celebrations or content production. Rentals and appointments are arranged directly with the venue.
