Commune de Mellac

1 square Job Saux, 29300 Mellac, France

Located at square Job Saux, Mellac's multipurpose hall is a municipal venue for events and activities organised by associations and other organisations. Its versatile layout can accommodate a range of events, from association gatherings to events open to the public. The hall is at the heart of a municipal complex that also includes sports facilities, including covered tennis courts.
The municipality's booking form distinguishes between a large hall and an activity room. It also lists options such as a kitchen area and heating, which should be confirmed with the town hall depending on your needs and the booking conditions. Organisers must submit a form along with the requested documents. For some bookings by associations, the municipality specifically requires proof of insurance and provides instructions on safety, cleaning the premises and waste management after the event.
The municipal rates published for 2026 show that the multipurpose hall can be hired by the day or for the weekend, with a deposit payable at the time of booking. As the terms and eligibility may depend on the type of organiser and event, it is best to check availability, the facilities included and the applicable conditions directly with Mellac town hall. This hall is a local option for associations and organisers looking for a functional venue in the municipality.
