Parochiecentrum Holvenia hires out a range of rooms in Geel for private parties, club activities and business meetings. Organisers can choose from a large hall, a small hall and a separate meeting room. There is space for all kinds of occasions, from a meeting or quiz to a baby shower, communion party, post-funeral gathering or dance party.

The large hall can accommodate up to 300 guests seated at tables or 550 people without tables. It includes a stage, cloakroom, bar with beer taps, drinks fridges, tables and chairs. A large kitchen is available subject to the arrangements made when booking. The small hall is suitable for gatherings of up to 125 seated guests or 200 standing guests. It also has a bar, drinks fridges and a kitchen. For smaller meetings, there is a meeting room for up to 16 people, with tables and chairs.

Organisers can also hire certain items in addition to the rooms, such as crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and coffee-making equipment. Drinks are available on request. The venue provides rooms and facilities, allowing organisers to plan their own activities and agree the practical details in advance. The terms of use cover matters including bookings, kitchen use and responsibilities for clearing up. With a choice of room sizes, Holvenia can host everything from small gatherings to larger parties and events.
