PROTOTYP GmbH

Shanghaiallee 7, 20457 Hamburg, Germany

PROTOTYP LOFTS offers event spaces in a listed, modernised former factory building in Hamburg's HafenCity. The venue is suitable for company celebrations, conferences, workshops, anniversaries, product presentations, receptions and photo shoots. Organisers can choose from four spaces: the spacious Main Lofts Nord and Süd, the Main Loft East and a lounge in the brick vaulted cellar. Outdoor areas, a courtyard and terraces complement the rooms and offer additional options for the programme and layout of an event.

The Main Lofts combine the character of a historic industrial building with high ceilings, natural light and simple, versatile facilities. The lounge has its own event bar and is ideal as a cosy setting or as an addition to an event in the larger rooms. Depending on the occasion, individual spaces or several areas together can be requested. Smaller meetings and workshops can also be held at the venue.

The rooms are offered without catering. This gives event organisers the freedom to choose a suitable catering partner. For a special programme, there is a direct connection to the PROTOTYP automobile museum in the same building. Museum tours can be included in the event on request, and it is also possible to hold an event overlooking the car exhibition. The venue is easy to reach for guests from Hamburg and further afield, close to the Elbe, Speicherstadt and the main railway station. The events team can handle enquiries about availability, spaces and individual requirements.
