BLDG39 at the Arsenal

BLDG39 at the Arsenal is a historic event venue in Philadelphia, offering organisers a flexible setting for weddings, receptions and other private or corporate gatherings. Housed in a former 1917 arsenal building, the space retains an industrial character while providing a renovated, open interior that can be arranged to suit different event styles.

The main indoor area covers 2,600 square feet. It can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated event, around 150 for a standing reception indoors, or approximately 175 when guests can also use the outdoor area. Large garage doors connect the indoor space with a seasonal tent, creating a useful option for events that benefit from fresh air or an outdoor reception area.

Venue hire includes tables and chairs, a built-in bar, string lighting, subtle uplighting, Wi-Fi, a smart screen and a microphone system intended for streaming. There is also a semi-private suite or dressing area and free parking for up to 80 cars. The venue is BYOB, with alcohol service handled by its in-house staffing provider. Food is arranged separately through the venue's approved catering partners and food truck options, so organisers can choose a format suited to their occasion.

The space is marketed for weddings as well as other celebrations and events. A managing partner can also provide planning and coordination, event staffing, bartending and additional services for a separate fee.
