Lakeland Event Center

Lakeland Event Center provides rooms for private celebrations and business gatherings in Calvert City, Kentucky. Its three spaces cater for events of different sizes, from a small meeting or training session to a larger reception, family reunion or birthday party. The venue also welcomes wedding receptions and baby showers, giving organisers a choice of settings for both personal and professional occasions.

The Banquet Room offers around 3,200 square feet and can accommodate approximately 300 people. For more intimate occasions, the West Room has 1,200 square feet and space for about 100 guests. A separate conference room, furnished with an adjustable-length conference table and power outlets, is available for smaller meetings. The main rooms have neutral décor and flexible layouts, so planners can arrange the space to suit their event.

Room hire includes a choice of round or rectangular tables and chairs, arranged to the organiser's preference. Other available facilities include a food preparation kitchen with a commercial refrigerator, freezer, microwaves and ice machine. Event equipment includes a speaker system, microphones, a large monitor with HDMI and USB connectivity, room partitions and modular platforms. Tableware and linens are also available. Organisers can arrange a visit to view the rooms and discuss availability, and the venue's staff can assist with practical arrangements. Outside caterers and other event suppliers can work alongside the venue, allowing planners to build an event around their own requirements.
