Stadtgarten Bünde hires out versatile event spaces for businesses, associations and private event planners. The facilities range from large stage events and trade fairs to company celebrations, talks and private parties. Three spaces of different sizes are available, which can be used individually or partially connected.

The large hall is at the heart of the venue. With an area of 23 by 39 metres, it can accommodate up to 1,100 people in rows of seats or up to 2,800 guests without seating. A partition wall makes it possible to reduce the size of the room for smaller events. The facilities include a stage, lighting and sound equipment, as well as a projector and screens. This makes the hall suitable for galas, school-leavers' balls, conferences, talks, indoor trade fairs, company parties and stage programmes, among other events.

For smaller events, there is the divisible Saal Hengist, covering around 180 square metres and accommodating up to 100 people. It can be booked separately or together with the Brasserie, and is suitable for meetings, training sessions, talks and association celebrations. The Brasserie offers a cosier atmosphere across around 130 square metres for events with up to 70 guests. It is suitable for company and association celebrations, anniversaries and private parties. Direct access to the terrace offers additional possibilities during the warmer months.

Depending on the occasion, event organisers can choose from the rooms and a range of seating and event layouts. With its combination of a large event hall, smaller rooms and existing event technology, Stadtgarten can accommodate events of different sizes.
