Commune de Pont-de-Veyle

2 Rue de la Verchère, 01290 Pont-de-Veyle, France

The meeting room in the town hall annex in Pont-de-Veyle welcomes organisers looking for a municipal space for a meeting or gathering. Located at 2 rue de la Verchère, close to the library, it can be booked through the municipality, subject to availability. Its location in the centre of Pont-de-Veyle makes it a practical option for associations, groups and anyone wishing to bring people together in a local setting.

The space is intended for meetings and cannot be used for meals. If you would like to round off your gathering with a small drinks reception, you can request this when booking. This is subject to approval by the town hall, so it is best to include it in your request rather than assume it is included.

Before choosing a date or time, organisers are invited to check the room's availability. Bookings are made through the municipal service, which provides practical information to help organise use of the premises. This option is particularly suitable for association meetings, small-group discussions or appointments requiring a dedicated room, without catering. The annex room therefore provides a simple meeting space in Pont-de-Veyle, with the option of requesting a sociable get-together at the end of the session when authorised by the town hall.
