Spruce Mountain Ranch

Spruce Mountain Ranch is a private event venue in the foothills of Colorado, around 30 minutes from Denver and Colorado Springs. Its 450-acre property is divided into two ranch areas, with a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate retreats, meetings, holiday parties and other gatherings.

Event spaces include lodges, reception rooms, courtyards and outdoor ceremony locations. Depending on the space and event layout, the venue can accommodate anything from smaller groups to large receptions and corporate functions. Many rooms connect to outdoor areas, with fireplaces, mountain views and features such as courtyards, streams and gardens adding to the setting. The venue offers both winter and summer options, as well as facilities for meetings and breakout sessions.

Wedding packages can include ceremony and reception spaces, tables and chairs, getting-ready areas, set-up and clean-up, and dedicated use of the venue for the event day. Corporate clients can choose from spaces and packages suited to meetings, retreats, celebrations and larger company gatherings. Activities and recreation across the property include hiking trails, fishing ponds, paddle boats and sports facilities.

A property manager is present during events to support the venue and work alongside the organiser. The team also provides venue tours, planning information and connections to recommended vendors. Organisers can enquire about individual spaces or ask about hiring the wider property for their event. Catering is arranged through the venue's approved or recommended suppliers rather than being the venue's core service.
