The Lowther Pavilion

Set within Lowther Gardens in Lytham St Annes, Lowther Pavilion offers event organisers a distinctive theatre setting with indoor spaces available to hire. The venue combines the character of a long-established cultural building with flexible rooms for occasions ranging from private celebrations to business events, exhibitions and live performances.

The Main Theatre is the principal space, with an auditorium that can be arranged for different event formats, including cabaret-style dining and awards occasions. Close by, the Studio provides a more intimate option for smaller gatherings, parties and performances. The wider Lowther site also includes the Chapman Studio, a second auditorium in the Windmill Performance & Education Centre, giving organisers another space to consider for seated or standing events. Availability and suitable layouts can be discussed with the venue team.

The theatre's own programme of live shows, comedy, music, cinema and community activities reflects its experience in welcoming audiences and supporting performances. Event organisers can enquire about hiring the spaces for their own events, with the team able to discuss the requirements of each booking. The venue is in central Lytham, with nearby public transport connections and on-site parking. Its setting in the gardens offers a different feel from a conventional meeting suite, while the theatre and studio spaces provide indoor options for a range of event plans.

For organisers seeking a theatre or performance venue on the Fylde Coast, Lowther Pavilion provides several spaces to explore, from a principal auditorium to smaller studios. Contact the venue to discuss the event, room availability and practical arrangements.
