R Port

R Port: the beach club on Rotterdam’s beach

Sand beneath your feet, the sea right in front of you and the giants of the Port of Rotterdam sailing past. At R Port in Hoek van Holland, you can celebrate business events in a place your team will remember for years to come.

Whether you’re organising a meeting, Christmas drinks reception, company party or a full-scale company festival, we’ll make it an experience. Our atmospheric lodge, with its feature fireplace and sea views, accommodates around 70 people and is ideal for training sessions, off-site days and drinks receptions. In the main hall, with its large dance floor and industrial container bar, 200+ guests can party. With a terrace, courtyard, beach, marquees and food trucks, we can even put on a real festival for up to 1,000 people.

What we organise:

• Company parties, staff parties and company festivals
• Christmas drinks receptions and end-of-year parties
• Meetings, training sessions and off-site days
• Team outings such as Expeditie Robinson, a cocktail workshop or a Wim Hof session
• BBQ on the beach, a walking dinner or a three-course dinner

Everything comes from our own kitchen and is served by a team that welcomes large groups every week. Companies such as Maersk, Van Oord and Bol have already chosen us.

R Port is easy to reach by metro line B from Rotterdam and by car. Request a no-obligation quote and you’ll receive a tailor-made proposal within 2 working days.
