The Todd House Wedding & Event Center

The Todd House Wedding & Event Center is a historic event venue in downtown Tabor City, North Carolina, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, receptions and other gatherings. The former boarding house has been adapted for events, with rooms that can be hired individually or combined in a wedding package.

The main house includes a ballroom and banquet hall, a parlor for smaller occasions, a bar area and a kitchen for caterers. The ballroom can accommodate celebrations of up to 250 guests with a dance floor. The garden courtyard, with its fountain, brick paths and arbor, provides an outdoor setting for ceremonies and receptions. For a more relaxed gathering, the Carriage House and adjoining patio have covered areas, lighting and space for barbecues, rehearsal dinners, birthdays and family reunions.

The venue also has private dressing quarters for wedding parties, accessible bathrooms, tables and chairs, and four suites available for overnight stays. Couples can enquire about a package that brings together several of the event spaces and suites. The venue manager can answer venue questions, recommend local suppliers and arrange the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs. Separate room and space hire is also available for smaller meetings, showers, luncheons and other celebrations. Wedding decorations are available to rent, and the venue has a stage that can be hired separately.

With its mix of historic character, garden surroundings and flexible spaces, The Todd House can suit organisers planning anything from an intimate gathering to a larger celebration. Its location in Tabor City also puts it within driving distance of North Myrtle Beach and nearby coastal communities.
