At the heart of the Compans-Caffarelli district, Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis welcomes organisers looking for functional spaces for business events of varying sizes. The complex has 18 rooms, including a 500-seat auditorium, and offers up to 6,000 m² of flexible space. Its layouts can accommodate conferences, meetings, trade fairs, product launches, corporate events and gala evenings. Plenary sessions can host up to 1,200 people.
The teams support organisers in choosing and arranging the spaces, as well as preparing the services needed to deliver their events. Depending on requirements, the offer includes reception, catering, audiovisual equipment, simultaneous interpreting, furniture, event staging and general exhibition installation. Solutions for hybrid events and a TV studio are also available.
The central location makes it easy for participants to get there. The venue is close to Compans-Caffarelli metro station and has an underground car park with 1,000 spaces. The airport shuttle also serves the district, while the nearby accommodation, restaurants and shops offer convenient options for participants and teams. This Toulouse venue is therefore a suitable choice for event planners looking to bring conference spaces, production services and city-centre access together in one place.
