The Barn at Deep Creek

Set among pasture, woodland and cypress-lined water near Gainesville, The Barn at Deep Creek offers a countryside setting for weddings and other organised events. The venue combines an air-conditioned barn with a covered outdoor area, giving organisers options for ceremonies, receptions, dinners and gatherings in different weather. Couples can choose from several ceremony locations, including beneath an oak tree, beside the cypress pond, in the pasture or under the covered patio.

The barn is designed as a flexible backdrop, so organisers can shape the look around their own theme and colour palette. Wedding bookings include access to preparation suites for the couple, guest facilities, parking, tables and chairs, and areas for a cocktail hour. There is also a kitchen preparation area for caterers, along with a large fridge, ice maker and bar areas. Couples may bring their own insured suppliers, while upgraded packages can include additional set-up support, décor, linen, plants and florals.

The property is also available for corporate and large-scale events, such as company picnics, conferences, proms, graduations, fundraisers, social dinners and concerts. Smaller gatherings, including showers, reunions and private parties, can be accommodated on selected dates. With indoor space, a covered patio and open grounds, organisers can plan an event that makes use of both the barn and its rural surroundings. The venue is a short drive from Gainesville and is familiar with hosting events for University of Florida groups and departments. Event availability and packages vary, so organisers can contact the team to discuss their occasion and preferred date.
