Lorton Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad

Lorton VFD Community Hall is a rentable event space at the Lorton Volunteer Fire Department's Station 19 in Lorton, Virginia. Organisers can book the full hall or choose one of two sections, making it suitable for gatherings of different sizes. The full space covers 3,030 square feet and can accommodate up to 213 people. The smaller section holds up to 77 guests, while the larger section accommodates up to 126.

A sound-proof divider separates the two halves. This can also let one group use each side for different activities. Hall reservations include access to restrooms, and tables and chairs are available for organisers to arrange to suit their plans. The venue is offered for a wide range of events, with rental periods available during the day and evening.

Kitchen access can be added to selected rental options. The commercial kitchen includes refrigeration and freezer facilities, a gas stove and oven, sinks and preparation space. It is a practical option for groups arranging food service, though renters are responsible for bringing any equipment or supplies not specified in their agreement. Rules apply to food preparation, alcohol service, decorations, sound levels, clean-up and use of the active fire station grounds, so organisers should review the rental terms before booking.
