Stadthaus Hermsdorf

Am Alten Versuchsfeld 1, 07629 Hermsdorf, Germany

Stadthaus Hermsdorf offers event organisers a range of versatile spaces for cultural events, social gatherings and business occasions. At its heart is a large hall that can accommodate up to 500 people in rows or 350 people at tables, depending on the seating arrangement. This makes the venue suitable for talks and conferences as well as celebrations, exhibitions and other events for larger audiences.
The facilities include a stage that can be extended, a sound system, lighting and a grand piano. A large screen, lectern and overhead projector are available for presentations. The foyer, cloakroom, gallery and club room complement the hall and provide additional areas for receptions, breaks or smaller gatherings. Artists' dressing rooms and service areas with preparation and washing-up facilities help events run smoothly on site.
Two separate rooms measuring 75 and 100 square metres are available for exhibitions. Display cases, movable partition walls, picture holders and gallery lights allow exhibits to be presented flexibly. A passenger lift, accessible toilets and around 80 parking spaces help make visits comfortable. Stadthaus is located in Hermsdorf and is run by the town or the administrative association. Event organisers can enquire about hiring the hall and its adjoining rooms for cultural events, conferences, seminars, trade fairs and celebrations. The combination of event space, stage and presentation equipment, and exhibition areas makes the venue a municipal facility suitable for events of different sizes and occasions.
