APG Federal Credit Union Arena at Harford Communit

APG Federal Credit Union Arena at Harford Community College is a large, adaptable indoor venue in Bel Air, Maryland, available to rent for a wide range of organised events. Its open arena floor and retractable seating allow organisers to plan different layouts, from sporting tournaments and concerts to trade shows, conferences, conventions, galas and fundraising events.

The venue offers 19,000 square feet of open space and seating for more than 2,500 guests. Depending on the event format, organisers can choose a game-ready arrangement, an open-floor setup or a staged configuration. The arena's in-house tables and equipment can support event layouts, while a loading dock and rear entrance provide practical access for event build-up and deliveries.

Organisers can also arrange on-site event staff and catering. The facility has concession options and an alcohol licence for events where beer and wine service is suitable. Free on-site parking and the arena's location on the Harford Community College campus help make arrival and event logistics more straightforward. The venue is fully accessible and is positioned within reach of Baltimore, Wilmington and the wider I-95 corridor.

For planners considering the space, the rental enquiry process allows them to share the event type, preferred dates, anticipated attendance and any need for additional supporting spaces. The arena team can then discuss whether the venue can accommodate the proposed event and its requirements. With flexible floor use and the capacity to host both public-facing productions and private or corporate gatherings, the arena provides a substantial indoor setting for organisers seeking a venue in northeastern Maryland.
