Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation (OCAF)

OCAF offers a collection of distinctive spaces in Watkinsville, Georgia, for organisers planning workshops, meetings, lectures and special occasions. The venue options are spread across three buildings, giving event planners a choice of settings and capacities.

At the 1902 OCAF Center, the Main Gallery provides around 2,000 square feet and seating for 100 or more guests. The Members' Gallery is a smaller option, with approximately 750 square feet and seating for up to 50. Both spaces sit within an arts centre that hosts exhibitions and cultural programmes, making them a fitting choice for gatherings with a creative or community focus.

School Street Studio includes two classrooms for smaller sessions and educational activities. The Upper Classroom has around 400 square feet and seating for 10 or more, while the Lower Classroom offers approximately 1,200 square feet and seating for 10 or more, subject to limited availability. For outdoor events, the Sculpture Garden covers about 3,600 square feet and can seat up to 75.

Rocket Hall is a refurbished former high school gym with around 4,200 square feet of space. It can seat 200 or more, and areas of bleachers are included in the rental price. This larger setting may suit gatherings that need more room than a classroom or gallery can provide.

Organisers can enquire directly about renting the spaces through OCAF's facility rental process. With galleries, teaching rooms, a garden and a large hall available, OCAF offers a varied choice of settings for events of different sizes and styles.
