In Bourg-la-Reine, Les Colonnes offers organisers a large, flexible municipal space for professional, community and private events. With an area of 645 m², the ground-floor hall can accommodate up to 600 people, depending on the chosen layout. It is particularly suitable for exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, conferences, corporate conventions, performances and receptions. Businesses, organisations and associations can request a quote and make a provisional booking through the municipal department responsible for managing the venues.

The venue has equipment to help prepare and run events: tables and chairs, microphones, a video projector and screens, a lectern, partitions, display cases, a control room and an adaptable lighting system. Technical areas, two dressing rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, including refrigeration and washing equipment, complete the facilities. The layout can therefore be adapted for a seated gathering, a conference or a cocktail-style reception, depending on the organiser’s needs and the capacity planned for each arrangement.

Located near Bourg-la-Reine RER station, the hall also benefits from nearby car parks and access adapted for people with reduced mobility. The venue can be hired until midnight, subject to the applicable booking terms. Les Colonnes is therefore a solution for bringing together a large audience in a versatile venue, whether the event is a study day, a community gathering, a trade fair or a reception. Rates and availability are provided on request by the City of Bourg-la-Reine.
