Palm Sophia Rooftop

Palm Sophia Rooftop is an indoor and outdoor event venue in Culver City, offering a rooftop terrace alongside an adjoining ballroom. The venue is available for weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday celebrations, mitzvahs, religious services, fundraisers, pop-ups and entertainment events. It also welcomes film and photo shoots, as well as commercial and music video productions.

The rooftop provides an open-air setting for ceremonies, receptions, cocktail hours and other occasions, while the ballroom offers an indoor alternative. Accordion-style glass walls can open to link the two areas, giving organisers flexibility in how guests move between the spaces and how the event is arranged. The venue also describes additional floors as available for hire, including a second-floor area that can be added for seminars and workshops.

Facilities include custom dimmable lighting indoors and outdoors, patio heaters, air conditioning, a commercial kitchen and two bars. Organisers can bring their own caterer, and the venue can share a preferred catering list. Tables and chairs are available, while linens are not included. A bridal suite or green room can support wedding parties, performers and production teams. Valet parking and nearby parking options are available, with some parking arrangements carrying an additional fee.

Palm Sophia offers event planning and design services, while also welcoming outside planners. Its vendor partners can help organisers source catering, audiovisual services and rentals. With adaptable indoor and outdoor areas, production-friendly access and support options, the venue can suit both private celebrations and larger-scale events. Capacity depends on the chosen layout, event format and use of the available spaces, so planners should confirm the arrangements for their specific booking.
