Hilltop Event Center

Hilltop Event Center is a bookable venue in Hereford, Texas, for weddings and other celebrations. Organisers can hire the whole building for a Saturday event, with venue packages that bring together room access and practical support for the day.

The listed packages include table and chair set-up, tablecloths, an ice maker and fridge, security guards and post-event clean-up. Higher-tier options add details such as custom table decorations, dressed head and gift tables, coloured cloth napkins, chargers, sequin runners and access to a decoration room, backdrops, arches and serving items. A day-of coordinator and event staff are included in some packages, while the largest package also lists servers and decorative features such as light-up letters and cold sparks. Organisers can enquire about a separate catering package and optional alcohol packages.

The venue also offers a backyard option with extra tables and chairs, tablecloths and outdoor clean-up, as well as use of a gazebo with chair set-up in one of the package tiers. The website lists capacity-related items for packages, including quantities of linens and chairs, so planners should confirm guest limits and current inclusions directly with the venue before booking.

It is suited to organisers planning a wedding or celebration in the Hereford area who want to discuss venue hire and the available arrangements with the team.
