Backnanger Bürgerhaus

Bahnhofstraße 7, 71522 Backnang, Germany

Backnanger Bürgerhaus hires out versatile rooms for business and private events in the centre of Backnang. The facilities range from small meetings and seminars to large conferences, corporate celebrations, trade fairs and weddings. Event planners can choose rooms to suit the occasion and number of guests, and agree on a seating arrangement tailored to their needs.

The Walter-Baumgärtner-Saal is the largest room in the venue. It has a large stage and professional lighting and sound equipment, making it suitable for concerts, presentations, panel discussions and larger celebrations. For smaller events, the Fritz-Schweizer-Saal is available and can be adapted to different room sizes using partition walls. The venue also has two conference rooms for meetings, talks and seminars. The main hall foyer can also be used as a reception area or as a separate event space. For larger events, the space can be extended by opening the partition walls.

Technical equipment and support from experienced staff help make it possible to run a wide range of events. The initial seating arrangement is included in the hire price. Event organisers can choose from a selection of catering partners for food and drink. Booking enquiries go directly to the Bürgerhaus team, who provide support with planning and shaping the event. Thanks to its location near the railway station, the venue is easy to reach by public transport. Bürgerhaus is therefore a good choice for event planners looking for a versatile venue in Backnang, with rooms in several sizes and professional event technology.
