Bonten Hannen is a multi-purpose hall and meeting centre in Oosterlo, a district of Geel. The venue is located in a former school building that was converted into a place for local activities and gatherings. Local associations and organisations from the area use the facilities for a range of activities, while bookings for other occasions are also possible. The hall is made available first to associations and initiatives from the village, which means availability for external organisers may depend on the schedule.

The site includes a meeting room and a multi-purpose hall for gatherings with different layouts. Facilities include an entrance area, cloakroom, toilets and a kitchen. Changing rooms and storage space are also part of the building. The combination of meeting and hall space makes Bonten Hannen suitable for local gatherings, association activities, workshops and small-scale celebrations, among other things. The adjacent outdoor space complements the venue’s community-focused character.

For event planners looking for a practical space in Geel for an activity or gathering, Bonten Hannen offers an accessible, multifunctional setting. The hall is also used for local activities and gatherings organised by local organisations. Please contact them in advance to discuss the options, available dates, room layout and arrangements for using the kitchen. This will help establish whether the space suits the programme and needs of the planned gathering.
