Le Toucan

13-19 Avenue Charles Regazzoni, 17200 Royan, France

In Royan, Le Toucan offers organisers several flexible rooms for bringing colleagues, clients or partners together in a professional setting. Located on the top floor of a building, the spaces suit a range of formats: business meetings, seminars, training sessions, conferences, business breakfasts, product presentations or receptions. They can accommodate groups of various sizes, with up to around 60 people seated or approximately 80 standing, depending on the chosen layout.
The rooms vary in size, from small meeting spaces to a larger room. To support presentations, they include HDMI and VGA connections, as well as ClickShare technology in some spaces. A panoramic terrace extends the rooms and offers views over Royan. The venue also provides breakfast receptions and refreshments, making it easy to break up a study day or meeting.
Accessibility is made easier by a lift and access adapted for people with reduced mobility. Private parking is available on site, and the venue is close to the town centre, railway station and bus stops. Organisers can contact the team to discuss their plans and ask for information about the available spaces. Le Toucan is therefore suitable for businesses and professionals looking for equipped, flexible rooms in Royan for events focused mainly on work and discussion.
