De Poort is a venue for meetings, training courses, courses, workshops and multi-day events. The conference venue is set in a wooded area near Groesbeek, on its own grounds with space to step outside between sessions. The fifteen rooms are suitable for groups of 10 to 200 people. Organisers can combine a main room with smaller rooms for working groups or separate sessions.
A range of packages is available for events, from a half-day to a multi-day stay. These can combine room hire, coffee and tea, lunch, dinner and overnight stays. The venue has a restaurant and hotel rooms for guests who wish to stay overnight. There are also camping pitches. Meals are prepared on site and can be tailored in consultation to suit the programme and the group's requirements.
De Poort welcomes both business groups and organisers of courses and training sessions. The team can help with, among other things, booking rooms and bedrooms and registering participants. Meeting facilities include a smart TV, projection screen, flip chart and internet access. There is ample parking.
De Poort also offers a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings. The ceremony, gathering, meal and party can all take place at the same venue. Guests can stay overnight and have breakfast together the following morning. The arrangements are agreed in consultation, so the spaces and accommodation suit the day's programme.
