Gezôarse Feesten vzw

Muylaertstraat 17, 9160 Eksaarde, Belgium

Gezôarse Feesten vzw makes its own venue, the Uilennestje in Eksaarde, available for private use on a limited basis. Organisers can use the association's venue to hold a party or gathering. Hiring is intentionally limited in scale: there are no more than two bookings per month, keeping use of the venue limited and minimising disruption to the neighbourhood. Members who help out with Gezôarse Feesten are given priority when booking. Non-members can also enquire about available dates.

The Uilennestje is a local venue for anyone looking to organise a private occasion and find a space in the Lokeren area. Availability is limited, so it is best to enquire in good time about your preferred date and the practical arrangements. You can book using the form on the website or by email. Contact the association directly to discuss whether the venue is suitable for your planned gathering and what arrangements apply.

Alongside the limited venue hire, the association organises activities for the local community throughout the year. The best known are the multi-day Gezôarse Zomerfeesten, which include performances and a flea market. These activities also take place in Eksaarde. For event planners looking mainly for a modest, local space for a private occasion, the Uilennestje is the association's relevant hire option.
