West End Events at Fluor Field

West End Events offers event spaces and planning support at Fluor Field, the home of the Greenville Drive in downtown Greenville. Organisers can choose from several indoor and outdoor settings within the ballpark, with options suited to both smaller gatherings and large celebrations. The venue's distinctive stadium surroundings and views of the field and city give events a recognisable local setting.

Spaces include the Champions Club, with retractable windows, presentation facilities and capacity for up to 250 guests, and the Front Porch, an intimate room behind home plate for gatherings of up to 80. The Rooftop also accommodates up to 80 guests, with open-air views over the ballpark and downtown. For larger groups, the covered 500 Club and adjoining Picnic Pavilion can host up to 600. The concourse and field provide additional scope for large-scale events and outdoor occasions.

The team works with organisers on a range of occasions, including wedding celebrations and rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings and retreats, holiday parties, concerts, community events, festivals and charitable gatherings. Room layouts and facilities vary by space, with features such as sound systems, screens, microphones, presentation equipment and private access available in selected areas. Event planners can discuss the right space and arrangements with the venue team, whether they are planning a small meeting, a reception or a substantial gathering. The combination of multiple bookable spaces and the ballpark setting gives organisers flexibility in the scale and style of their event.
