Special Times Venue

Special Times Venue is an outdoor event setting on a two-acre property in Ukiah, California, suited to weddings and a range of personal celebrations. Couples can hold a ceremony and reception among mature trees, with rustic barns, a fountain and views towards Cow Mountain contributing to the setting. The venue also welcomes occasions such as bridal and baby showers, birthday celebrations and celebrations of life.

The grounds include separate barn spaces for gifts, cake and buffet service, as well as a dance floor and a bar area. A restored farmhouse provides preparation rooms for wedding parties. Venue hire includes practical items such as tables and chairs, an arch or arbor, ice and a speaker with a microphone. The business describes rentals of up to three days, and offers event support that can include help with planning and coordination from set-up through to pack-down. It can also share recommendations for local catering, floristry, entertainment and photography suppliers.

A distinctive feature is the Cinderella-style carriage, available for photographs at the venue and as a separate rental for occasions including weddings, engagements, quinceañeras and showers. The carriage hire is for photo opportunities rather than passenger transport, and includes attendants. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss the layout, event requirements and package options. With outdoor space, sheltered barn areas and preparation facilities in one location, Special Times Venue offers a flexible backdrop for gatherings that call for a personal, countryside feel.
