Folsom Field Events

Folsom Field Events offers distinctive spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations on the University of Colorado Boulder campus. Organisers can choose from several indoor and outdoor venues, each with its own character and views of the Flatirons or the historic stadium. For larger occasions, the entire stadium is also available for exclusive hire.

Options include the BOK Financial Byron R. White Club, with expansive rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and flexible north and south sections, and the open-air Rooftop Terrace, where a spacious terrace and adjoining lounge suit everything from receptions to intimate meetings. The Crawford Club provides an enclosed setting with patio access and a walk-up bar, while stadium suites can work well for smaller gatherings, board meetings or breakout sessions. The Ford Touchdown Club offers another distinctive setting within the athletic centre.

The venues are used for weddings, receptions, reunions, formal dinners, corporate meetings and celebrations of life, as well as larger company events and community occasions. Capacities vary by space and room layout, with the rooftop and club areas accommodating larger groups. For stadium-wide events, organisers can explore use of the field, seating bowl, hospitality areas and club spaces.

Food and drink are provided through Buffs Hospitality, the venue's exclusive catering partner. Menus can be tailored to the occasion, and event coordinators can discuss room hire, catering, audiovisual requirements, parking and other practical arrangements. Folsom Field Events is a venue provider rather than an organiser of home football games or concerts, so enquiries here are for private or organiser-booked venue hire.
