East Avenue Hall offers a private banquet hall for organisers planning celebrations and gatherings in Vineland, New Jersey. The approximately 2,500-square-foot space can accommodate around 80 to 100 people, making it suitable for occasions such as birthday parties, anniversaries, graduations, business meetings, baby showers, wedding showers, awards events and family celebrations.

The hall is available to rent throughout the week. Its facilities include a commercial kitchen, bathrooms, tables and chairs, with a large paved car park available for guests. The hire package includes use of the room, ten tables and up to 100 chairs, along with a five-hour event period. Organisers can also arrange flexible time for setting up and clearing away.

The venue provides a straightforward, self-managed option for events. Organisers are responsible for arranging their own food and drink, crockery and utensils, decorations, music, set-up and clean-up, as well as removing rubbish after the event. This gives hosts the freedom to choose their preferred suppliers and shape the room around their plans.

The published hire fee is $700, with a separate $300 security deposit and signed contract required to reserve a date. The deposit is refundable following an inspection after the event.
