The Wine Room at Wheeler Farms

The Wine Room at Wheeler Farms offers a private, farmhouse-style setting for smaller gatherings in Whitehouse, Ohio. Set beside the Whitehouse Christmas Tree Farm, the venue overlooks a vineyard and places guests in a quiet rural setting, with a patio and fire pit for spending time outdoors.

The space is suited to baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, retirement celebrations, family gatherings and corporate events. It can also be used by wedding parties as a place to get ready before the ceremony, or for a rehearsal dinner or reception. With room for up to 50 guests, it is intended for intimate occasions rather than large functions. Rental information lists indoor seating for up to 32, with additional patio seating.

Organisers can arrange their own licensed caterer, subject to the venue's requirements. Alcohol may also be brought in when served by an experienced bartender. The venue invites prospective clients to arrange a visit and contact its event associates for rental details. Its position on the farm makes it possible to pair a gathering with the surrounding countryside, while the warm interior offers a comfortable alternative if guests prefer to stay inside.

Whether planning a shower, a family celebration or a small work gathering, event planners can enquire about availability and discuss how the space could suit their occasion. The Wine Room provides a dedicated location for hosting guests, with indoor and outdoor areas in a private farm setting.
