In Lambersart, near Lille, Garuma offers a private space for hire in a converted former garage. Covering 80 m², the venue hosts meetings, seminars, workshops, training sessions, annual general meetings, after-work events and drinks receptions. It can also accommodate film shoots and photo shoots. The room is reserved exclusively for the group, which has its own keys and can organise its time as it sees fit.
The space includes a flexible work area and a welcoming corner with a kitchen. The layouts can be adapted to suit different formats: a meeting around a table, a collaborative workshop or a conference-style presentation. Depending on the set-up and the event, the stated capacity ranges from around 15 to 35 people. For meetings, seminars and training sessions, organisers have access to fibre Wi-Fi, a projector, a screen, a flip chart and marker pens. Coffee, tea and water are available on site, along with a fridge and a microwave.
The space can be hired for a half-day or a full day, with packages for businesses and for freelancers, associations or private individuals. Evening slots are also available for drinks receptions and after-work events. Garuma can put organisers in touch with local suppliers for breakfasts, refreshments, lunches and drinks receptions, or they can use their own caterer. A separate facilitation service can be added to support discussion, collaborative thinking and teamwork. The venue is accessible by metro and hosts events throughout the week, by reservation.
