Studio Twelve Eight

Studio Twelve Eight is a small event venue in Clearwater, Florida, available for private celebrations and gatherings of up to 50 guests. Its flexible studio space can be arranged to suit occasions such as birthday parties, baby showers, receptions, private dining, networking events and meetings. Organisers can bring their own ideas and style the room themselves, or choose a package that includes additional setup and decorative touches.

The Classic package provides a six-hour hire with tables and clear Chiavari chairs, a portable bar, Bluetooth speakers, an iPad for music streaming, adjustable ceiling lighting and uplights, Wi-Fi, and setup and breakdown time within the booking. The Elite package adds a pre-arranged layout, serving equipment, disposable dinnerware, linens, runners, napkins, charger plates and centrepieces. The VIP package includes the Classic and Elite features, along with end-of-event cleanup, a digital photo booth, a choice of backdrop, a neon sign, a loveseat, chair cushions and wireless microphones. Optional upgrades and add-ons allow organisers to adapt the booking to their plans.

The venue's packages are designed for hosts who want a defined space and practical event essentials without having to source every item separately. Organisers can request a tour, check date availability and receive a proposal before reserving. The studio's intimate scale makes it a suitable choice for smaller celebrations, social gatherings and business functions where a more personal setting is preferred. Located on Cleveland Street in Clearwater, Studio Twelve Eight provides a bookable indoor setting that can be arranged around the needs of each occasion.
