Magnolia Fields, LLC

Magnolia Fields, LLC is a rural event venue in Ruther Glen, Virginia, set across 17 acres of farmland between Washington, DC and Richmond. Its main space is a restored barn dating from the early twentieth century, offering a rustic setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions and other private celebrations. The grounds provide picturesque views and several options for ceremonies, with indoor and outdoor spaces to help organisers shape an event around their plans.

The barn is climate controlled and includes a kitchenette, two bathrooms and a dedicated room for the groom and wedding party. A separate bridal salon and suite gives the other wedding party members space to get ready, with vanity lighting, mirrors and period-inspired furnishings. The venue also welcomes guests arriving for birthdays, elopements and micro weddings, alongside larger wedding celebrations.

Wedding packages include varying periods of access to the property, rehearsal time and event-day coordination. Depending on the package, couples can also use the bridal suite, salon and barn, select from multiple ceremony locations, and have tables and chairs provided for the ceremony, drinks reception and meal. Set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs and decorations are included, while optional décor items and a photo booth are available with selected packages. Some packages include event staff and access to the grounds for engagement or bridal photography. The venue shares a preferred supplier list to help couples plan other services. Tours are available by appointment, and organisers can contact the team to discuss their event and guest numbers.
