123 South Broad

In the heart of Center City Philadelphia, 123 South Broad offers two distinctive spaces for organisers planning business and social events. The restored Duke and Duke Boardroom suits meetings, training sessions, luncheons, dinners and receptions. Its flexible layouts accommodate groups of around 20 to 120, with audiovisual equipment and an adjoining private lounge. Tall ceilings, large windows and historic details give the room a character that sets it apart from a conventional meeting space.

For a more informal gathering, the rooftop deck and indoor lounge combine open-air space with shelter and panoramic views across Philadelphia. The setting can host up to 80 people and includes audiovisual equipment and a dry bar, making it a fit for company receptions, networking events and celebrations. Organisers can choose between the boardroom's adaptable indoor setting and the rooftop's city outlook, depending on the occasion and guest experience they have in mind.

The venue is available for private bookings, and its events team can discuss the spaces and help organisers get started. A group of preferred vendors is also available to support event plans. Located on Broad Street, the building is close to public transport, restaurants, shops and cultural attractions, giving guests convenient options before and after an event. With a choice of meeting-ready facilities, lounge areas and rooftop scenery, 123 South Broad provides a flexible Philadelphia location for business gatherings and private functions.
