deVLOER is a business meeting venue in Almere for organisations that want to meet outside their own workplace. The space is suitable for meetings, training sessions, workshops, presentations, brainstorming sessions and team days, among other events. The venue is hired exclusively for business gatherings and can accommodate groups of up to 35 people.

The layout is flexible: tables, chairs and other items can be moved to suit the programme. This means the room can be set up for a presentation, an active work session or a discussion in smaller groups. Wifi, a projector, flip charts and whiteboards are among the facilities available for presentations and training sessions. A host is nearby during the event to provide support. The space also has a bar and an informal seating area.

Organisers can choose to book for one half-day or two half-days. Food and drink are included in the packages. For example, the regular caterer provides coffee with a treat, lunch and drinks and snacks. Dietary requirements and specific preferences can be accommodated. The venue has free parking and is located on the Creative Campus on Bolderweg in Almere.

deVLOER is happy to help organisers plan their event and offers them the chance to visit the venue in advance. Enquiries are non-binding. Once the requirements have been received, a quote will be provided so that the organiser can discuss the practical arrangements and desired services in advance.
