Erpfenhausen 1, 89547 Gerstetten, Germany

Kulturhof Erpfenhausen is a rural event venue set among meadows, woodland and heathland. At the heart of the site is a converted barn, which can be hired for weddings, birthdays, company parties, seminars and conferences. Depending on the seating arrangement, the function room can accommodate up to 120 people. A dining room for up to 35 guests is available for smaller gatherings. It is not run as a regular restaurant, but can be booked for private celebrations.

The cultural barn is equipped with a stage, sound and lighting systems, as well as a projector and screen. The courtyard, shed and orchard meadow can be included for receptions or activities outdoors. This allows event planners to spread the programme across several areas and incorporate the outdoor space into their plans. On request, Kulturhof can help with decorations, recommend performers or music groups, and discuss suitable activities for guests.

For catering, the venue works with caterers and restaurant partners and can put clients in touch with them. Guests who would like to offer overnight accommodation after a celebration can make use of holiday apartments with a total of up to 20 beds, as well as two shepherd's wagons. The combination of historic farmstead charm, flexible spaces and a natural setting makes the venue suitable for festive and business occasions where a personal atmosphere matters. The site offers space for wedding parties as well as smaller conferences and corporate events.
