Fantastische Locatie rents out a characterful coach house in Leusden for business gatherings. The venue is suitable for meetings, training sessions and coaching sessions, from small groups to gatherings of up to 100 people. Organisers can choose a suitable room layout depending on the purpose of the day. Audiovisual facilities are also available for presentations and other parts of the programme.

The coach house is part of the Heiligenberg estate and offers a peaceful, green setting for participants who want to take a step back from their everyday working environment. French doors connect the indoor space with the outdoors. During breaks, guests can enjoy a walk around the estate. This makes it possible to alternate a programme focused on the subject with time spent outdoors.

Tailored catering is available to welcome and look after guests. The venue also has its own bar with staff. Organisers can tailor the day to their programme, from a meeting with breaks to a gathering that ends with everyone coming together. Guests staying at the venue for several days can also spend the night there.

There is parking at the venue, and public transport stops nearby. The historic coach house, which dates back to around 1815, gives the gathering its own atmosphere. Fantastische Locatie is a venue for organisers looking for a meeting or training location with practical facilities, personalised catering and the option to combine indoor and outdoor spaces. According to its own website, the venue is only available to rent a few times a year, so ask about availability and options well in advance.
