Max-Brauer-Allee 34, 22765 Hamburg, Germany

In Hamburg-Altona, this small theatre provides a fitting setting for events where content and personal encounters take centre stage. The room can accommodate up to 50 audience members and is available for event planners to hire for their own formats. Readings, discussions, interviews and workshops are among the types of events the venue is suited to.

A particular advantage is the integrated streaming technology. Events can be streamed in HD across various video platforms using two cameras. This means organisers can reach people who are unable to travel to Hamburg, as well as the audience at the venue. This is useful for hybrid formats, online discussion groups or readings with a larger audience than the room can accommodate.

The theatre room is at Max-Brauer-Allee 34, just a few minutes' walk from Altona station. There is no parking at the venue for visitors, so travelling by public transport is an especially convenient option. Medienhaus Oetinger also uses Kulturdeck for its own readings and cultural events. Its compact size makes it particularly suitable for events with an intimate atmosphere rather than the impact of a large hall.

Anyone looking for a compact event space with a theatrical feel and streaming technology already in place can enquire about hiring the room for their own event. Enquiries about hiring are sent directly to the contact person at Kulturdeck.
