The Broadmoor Ballroom

The Broadmoor Ballroom is an event venue in Natick, Massachusetts, connected to the Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Natick. Its facilities are suited to weddings, business meetings, corporate receptions, training sessions and personal celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and Bar or Bat Mitzvahs.

The principal ballroom covers 3,200 square feet and can be divided into two sections, allowing organisers to adapt the layout and scale to their event. The hotel also lists smaller meeting rooms, a pre-function area for registration or mingling, and a seasonal outdoor patio. Depending on the room configuration and event format, the largest space can accommodate up to 280 people in a theatre-style arrangement. The venue's dedicated wedding spaces include the ballroom, the Gatehouse, the pre-function area and the patio, with the ballroom able to host a reception for up to 200 guests.

Organisers can work with the venue's planning and sales team on event details, room layouts and food. On-site catering offers tailored menus, while modern audiovisual equipment and high-speed internet support presentations and meetings. The connected hotel provides guest accommodation, which can be useful for weddings and events with visitors travelling from outside the area. Its location in Natick offers access to the wider MetroWest region and Boston. The Broadmoor Ballroom combines dedicated event space with hotel services, making it a practical option for planners arranging both business functions and social occasions.
