Perham Hall at The Old Warehouse

Perham Hall is an event venue within The Old Warehouse, a historic fruit warehouse in Zillah, Washington. Its distinctive setting features exposed timber and brickwork, giving organisers a characterful backdrop for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and live performances.

The 7,000-square-foot hall can be arranged in different layouts to suit the occasion. The venue lists capacity for up to 299 guests for private rentals and more than 400 for concerts. A centrally positioned stage and installed audio system make the room suitable for live entertainment, while varied seating arrangements allow the space to be adapted for different event formats. The hall also has its own entrance, two bars and a kitchen.

Perham Hall has hosted touring and regional performers, and organisers can enquire about hiring the space for a special occasion. Its wedding and corporate event offering makes it relevant to planners seeking a venue that can accommodate both social and business gatherings. The building's heritage character, combined with its stage and event facilities, offers a distinct alternative to a standard function room.

Located in Central Washington, the venue is part of a larger destination that also includes a restaurant and auction business. Event planners can contact the team to discuss private rentals and the suitability of the hall for their event. Whether planning a wedding reception, company gathering or a live show, organisers can explore the room's layouts and facilities to find an arrangement that fits their plans.
