The Noyes Family Farm

The Noyes Family Farm offers event organisers a distinctive rural setting centred on Big Red, a barn dating from 1903 and renovated in 2021-22. Set on 10 acres in Basehor, Kansas, the venue combines the character of an old farm building with facilities for contemporary celebrations and gatherings.

The barn's main event space has a large glass door that brings in daylight and opens the room towards the surrounding farm landscape. Heating and air conditioning help make the space comfortable throughout the year, while the original-style tin ceiling and signature staircase add visual character. Two bathrooms serve guests, and an industrial preparation kitchen gives catering teams a practical space to work, with a separate entrance and designated parking. There is also plentiful parking for visitors.

Outside, a wrap-around patio provides room for guests to enjoy the countryside, with open pasture and mature farm surroundings nearby. Organisers can consider the venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, showers, family reunions, holiday gatherings, corporate meetings and retreats, fundraisers, craft fairs, photo shoots and other private or seasonal occasions.

The farm invites prospective clients to arrange a tour to explore the barn, grounds and outdoor areas before planning. Its mix of indoor space, catering preparation facilities and open-air surroundings offers a flexible backdrop for both personal celebrations and business events.
