The large room can be divided into smaller spaces. Depending on the layout and room selected, it can accommodate groups of around 10 to 110 people. Organisers can choose a meeting layout, a presentation layout or a more informal arrangement. The rooms are equipped with amenities including fast Wi-Fi and presentation and meeting equipment. The lobby, skybridge and, during the summer season, the roof garden can also be used to welcome participants or work together in smaller groups.
Catering packages are available, including coffee, tea, lunch, snacks, dinner, a buffet or drinks. Catering is provided by the brasserie staff in collaboration with BliXem. A coordinator will discuss your requirements in advance and help put together a suitable programme and package. This allows organisers to tailor the space and facilities to the duration, group size and nature of their event. The venue is accessible by car and public transport, and parking is available for visitors.
