Kraftwerk Berlin

Köpenicker Straße 70, 10179 Berlin, Germany

Kraftwerk Berlin hires out the rooms of a former combined heat and power plant in Berlin-Mitte for events, exhibitions and presentations. The building's industrial character, distinctive concrete structures and open sightlines create a unique setting. Event planners can use more than 8,000 square metres across three levels and enquire about the spaces individually or in combination, depending on the event format.

The spacious Ebene 0 is suitable for trade fairs, exhibitions and receptions, among other things. For larger events, it can also accommodate the entrance, cloakroom and accreditation facilities. Ebene 1 connects to the other areas in a gallery-like layout and is ideal as a lounge or catering area. On Ebene 2, ceilings around 20 metres high provide room for large installations, concerts, performances, galas and product presentations. Overall, the venue is designed for events with up to 2,300 people.

Special features include a movable crane bridge, level loading routes and a goods lift, which support the set-up of elaborate productions. Wheelchair-accessible lifts and toilets are available. An experienced events team is on hand to help with planning and delivery. Kraftwerk Berlin can therefore be booked as a distinctive backdrop for corporate events, public events, trade fair appearances and cultural productions. The spaces can be used flexibly, while the specific layout and facilities depend on the event concept.
