Odonien

Hornstraße 85, 50823 Köln, Germany

Odonien is a versatile event venue in Cologne that is quite different from traditional event spaces. The site combines a sculpture park and open-air studio with indoor spaces, a workshop, a club and areas for cultural events. Metal sculptures, found objects and lush greenery shape the surroundings, giving event planners a distinctive backdrop for their own concepts.
The spaces can be booked for a range of different formats, including corporate events, private celebrations, weddings, readings, markets, festivals, exhibitions, photo shoots and film shoots. Depending on the occasion and the plans, events can take place indoors, outdoors or in a combination of both areas. Smaller projects are welcome, as are larger events. The team discusses each enquiry individually and asks event planners to provide as much information as possible when getting in touch, including the occasion, preferred dates, expected number of guests, desired opening hours and technical requirements.
Public cultural and club events are an important part of the ongoing programme. For this reason, exclusive hire for private celebrations and corporate events is not available at weekends, on public holidays or on the evenings before them. Anyone planning an event should therefore check availability early and consider whether they need exclusive use of the site.
Odonien is particularly suited to event planners looking for a creative, industrial atmosphere and a distinctive setting in which to welcome their guests. The combination of art, outdoor spaces and indoor areas makes the venue worth considering for a wide range of event ideas. The specific use and the right setting can be discussed directly with the team.
