Leavenworth Festhalle & Civic Center

Leavenworth Festhalle & Civic Center is a large, flexible venue in downtown Leavenworth, Washington, available to organisers planning weddings, receptions, conferences, meetings, concerts, festivals, trade shows and other gatherings. Its central location puts guests close to local restaurants, shops and accommodation, while the venue's adaptable layout supports a range of event formats and audience sizes.

The main hall covers around 10,000 square feet and can be arranged in theatre, classroom, reception, banquet or trade show layouts. Depending on the chosen configuration, it can accommodate up to 1,000 people in theatre style, or around 800 for a banquet. Organisers can also enquire about using the lobby and outdoor patio. The venue provides facilities including a stage, kitchen, loading dock, foyer, large restrooms, Wi-Fi and audio-visual equipment. Tables, chairs and pipe and drape are also available for event setups.

The Festhalle offers a rental and enquiry process for private and public events, with options that vary by event type and requirements. Organisers can ask about event staffing, set-up and breakdown, cleaning, bartending, security and additional equipment. Its event team can also assist with planning, vendor sourcing, meeting arrangements and lodging coordination. This combination of a substantial adaptable hall and optional practical support makes the venue suitable for both locally focused celebrations and larger gatherings that draw guests from further afield.
