Domaine des Granges de la Festoyrie

L'Housserie, 49220 Erdre-en-Anjou, France

In Gené, near Lion-d'Angers and around twenty minutes from Angers, Domaine des Granges de la Festoyrie hosts weddings, birthday celebrations, seminars and other receptions in a rural setting. Organisers can choose between two characterful rooms, suited to events of different sizes.
The smaller room, set in a former barn with exposed beams and a bread oven, can accommodate up to 45 people. The large farmhouse, with its old stone walls, half-timbering and mezzanine, is suitable for seated receptions of around 130 to 150 guests. A 180 m² terrace extends the indoor space and opens onto the grounds.
The venue also provides a fully equipped kitchen and a cold room. Organisers are free to choose their own caterer. Accommodation is available on site, including a bridal suite, rooms for groups and accommodation suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is also a space where young children can rest and be changed.
Outside, guests can enjoy enclosed gardens, pétanque courts, a large car park and an area where tents can be set up. The venue also offers equipment for hire, including tableware, decorations, ceremony equipment and projection or sound equipment. This allows event planners to bring together a reception, accommodation and a range of equipment at one venue, while organising their day to suit their needs.
