Schlossberghalle Wehingen

Wörthstraße 33, 78564 Wehingen, Germany

Schlossberghalle Wehingen is a municipal event hall that provides event organisers with rooms for private, commercial and club events. The range of rooms can be adapted to different event formats: the large hall can be used with the partition walls closed or open, while a small hall or multipurpose room can also be booked separately. Depending on the seating arrangement and room layout, the hall is suitable for celebrations, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, conferences, concerts, theatre, shows, talks and other cultural events.

Various seating arrangements are available for planning, including theatre, gala and banquet seating. Capacity ranges from smaller gatherings to large events with standing room. The foyer can be used as a reception area or, together with the multipurpose room, as additional event space. The multipurpose room has a screen and a service counter, which can be used, for example, for drinks or snacks.

The hall has a stage, artists’ dressing rooms with a shower and toilet, and basic lighting, sound and projection equipment. For larger productions, the technical equipment can be supplemented as required with equipment owned or hired by the event organiser. A kitchen, drinks counters, cold rooms, dishwashing equipment, crockery and cutlery support catering by the event organisers or their partners. Tables and chairs are also available.

Bookings are made by submitting a date enquiry and an application to use the venue to the municipality of Wehingen. The hall is located in Wehingen and can be reached by car and public transport. There are parking spaces nearby, including accessible spaces. Event organisers can therefore enquire about using the rooms for different guest numbers and event concepts.
